255/45/17 tires on 94 q45

Has anybody used the 255/45/17 size tire on a lowered 90-96 q45? I want to know if you had to roll inside of fender in front or rear or had any type of scraping, rubbing on suspention or fender.I also want to know what is the correct offset for a 17 X 8 wheel.

I've got that on mine with the Eibach springs and 8x17 with a 40mm offset. The front tires just squeak against the sway bar at full lock and no body mods were required. A great combo IMHO.
