hello all. Iam new to this forum. I recently bought a 96 s14. It has taken over my life and my wallet! it has an apexi short ram intake and header with full 3" exhaust. I picked up two 248 altima exhaust cams and i want to swap out my 232 cams. ive read alot of info all over the net about how to do this swap but i still have a few questions. Ive read that i need to have a machine shop shave 5/16" off the end so they will fit but i was wondering what advice anyone has about setting valve lash. i dont have a fsm but i do have feeler gauges.i need some clearance numbers. can anyone who has done this swap give me some tips on how they did this and what worked for you?
