Hmm, are you going to plan for and do this swap on your own? Do you have related experience? Maybe pictures and graphing out things will help you visualize. Graph the timing for 360 degrees with four strokes and overlay the new cam data on that. I did do a google search "jwt 240sx cam gear" and got some interesting results, including video (the video seemed pretty informative to me). You should do that and go through the results. Sometimes, all the notes, pictures and hand waving just isn't enough to get a concept and what you need to do is get the actual parts in front of you and start getting dirty and it suddenly all makes sense.
FYI - the JWT gears are for sale for about $140 and if you buy them from a reputable dealer, you'll probably get some factory support as well as having a warranty. This may be a better route for you than drilling or hopping teeth.
