248/232 Cam swap

My friend gave me a s13 248 cam and lifters to put in my ka24de. Other than drill out the cam gear to get the right timing is there anything else I need to do? Adjust the distrubuter?

There is a s*** ton of info on this....but yeah it is just get the rotation of the cam correctly, be careful.

For gods sake, it's as simple as turning your crank with a 34mm (?) socket to see if your valve is hitting a piston.
