245/40 on s14?

I have a pair of 17 x 9 +20 to put on my s14 rear. I know that ill have to roll the fenders a little with 255/40 but will I have any rubbing with a 245/40. And yes I know their arent many choices out there in that size. Thanx

shouldn't have to do too much work... I fit that on an S13 and I did a really ****ty job rolling my fenders.
