245 40 18 and 265 35 18 tire rubbing

I have 245 40 18s up front on my 300zx but it seems to rub on the inside tread when i hit a big hill or just an all of a sudden rise. If i go slow its not as bad but can i just put a 5mm spacer on there or do i need to adjust the caster? Which means buy new tension rods. Or can i just roll my fenders? anybody tried that with any success?

Agreed, without wheel specs this post isn't very useful.
