245/40/17 on 17x9 +35 in rear.... how about the front

hello... we have a s13 with 245/40/17 tires on 17x9 +35 wheel in rear.

what should we do in the front to 1) clear z brake 2) clear most coilovers 3) no fender pulling/rolling or add spacer

17x7 wheels in the front?17x8 wheels in the front?

215/40/17 tires?215/45/17 tires?225/45/17 tires?235/45/17 tires?

I understand this topic has been asked before but not to my specification... I would like everyone's opinion if possible. Thanks in advance.
