He means that if he never drives it then that is a shame. Cause to ahve something as nice as that and never drive it at all would jsut blow.

ALl I can say about that thing is I wish I lived in japan so I coudl go sit in it start it up and beg him to let me drive it I would cry in his lap and beg for his mercy.
