240z vlsd. Will it work?

Yes, I have searched, thanks. I am wanting to buy a vlsd for my car, and came across a unit from a 240z. It is the whole pumpkin, and looks very similar to the stock unit, except that the back plate is smooth, instead of having fins. The only thing im really concerned about is the gear ratio. Does anybody know what the gear ratio of a stock s13 and this vlsd are? I dont want to end up with a car that will slowly hit 200mph, or top out at 70.
