ive got a friend with a 240z that has some head problems and was wondering if any special tools are needed for removal.

10mm hex head socket and a long breaker bar

and you can buy a tool to stock in the chain tensioner t hold it open but an inverted screwdrivers works as well, if you don't do somethign to keep the chain tensioner compressed you'll have to pull the timing cover to put it back together
