NOS = new old stock

its a very common restoration term, been around forever

Motorsport Auto, http://www.zcarparts.com sells them

Victoria Brittish sells them as well

the fenders are available through most body parts suppliers, victoria brittish as well, and a lot of the stuff VB sells is NOS so it might be worth a call to find out whast fenders theyhave, most tend to be in the $150 range
