seriously, you say dont ask why you want bigger injectors but there really is no need for bigger injectors on this car...

and i dont believe you could find a nissan car in the junk yard that would manage to: a. mount the same b. plug the same. and c. be a bigger displacement per cylinder warranting a bigger injector

i would say your best bet would be a vg30 from a z32 or j30

I think DSM 440 injectors work from 1g eclipses, but you have to wire in a resistor because they are a different impedance. Btw, not trying to be a d!ck or anything, Im honestly just trying to help. But your theory of more fuel=more power is not really relevant unless more air is added.

Oh and just to help you

"You don't need bigger injectors until you need more fuel with any setup. There are two "schools of thought" for improving horsepower. One is shoving as much air as possible, and supplement with the extra fuel to go along with it. This would be the forced induction route, where you do need to upgrade injectors.

The second method is by improving the efficiency - the NA route. What you do by improving efficiency is reduce the BSFC, so you can make more power with the same amount of fuel. This is done by higher compression, optimizing ignition advance, and reducing pumping and drivetrain losses. None of that stuff requires extra fuel(unless you start detonating), so you don't need larger injectors. Sure, cams and a header increases the air flow, but not by a significant amount - not as much as the most bunk-a** turbo setup making less hp."

WOW.

It's not more fuel = more power, it's more air+fuel = more power. You don't need bigger injectors unless you have means of cramming more air into the engine, i.e. supercharger or turbocharger.

Not only do you need a reason for bigger injectors, you need a way to keep your air/fuel ratio correct. say you got 600cc injectors...50% of 540cc is 270cc's, 50% of 270cc (stock) is 135cc. You will be dumping twice as much fuel in as needed, and that's going to not only get you horrible gas mileage, you will eventually spin a bearing unless you change your oil every week.

Check our sponsors for who carries larger top feed injectors as well as some sort of engine management unit. Or you can google something such as "stock top feed injector sizes" and maybe do some research for yourself.

I have a feeling my knowledge will be lost on ignorance, but at least I can say I tried.

im not to o sure that the OP's mind can process all this "advanced" information were throwing at him, i mean he hasnt got the grasp of punctuation or grammar. Im going to go out on a limb here and think that his dad, at some point, had a muscle car, he put a larger carburetor on the inheirent V8, and made more power. So his thinking is to put larger injectors on his car and same affect, right.......WRONG!!! Seriously do some research before you go to a junkyard and throw some potentialy damaging parts on your vehicle

The ecu needs to be tuned first. If not it will just run rich. Plus more fuel will kit its limit where you will need more air for the correct AFR.

Tuning and a slightly larger injectors may make some more power, but not much. If you want to stat NA there is a limit

more fuel doesnt mean more power. it takes more than fuel to make power. more fuel just means black smoke out your tailpipe and lots of gas in your oil. just skip to the chase and pour a gallon of gas in the oil cap.

better yet sell your 240 and get a honda. i dont cringe nearly as bad when people destroy them

wow like it was already said, more fuel =/= more power. if that was the case everyone would run crazy rich. think a little before asking these questions. it makes no sense whatsoever to replace injectors just to make something to do
