240SX zenki, part out or keep?

hello guys, I ran across this 240. The guy wants $250 for it. The front frame looks bent. The back door pillar has a tad of rust. i also think there is a little rust in the rear wheel wells. The car has 110k on it, motor should be strong. The guy turned it over for me and it sounded good. The front support was smashed up against the rad fan. He also told me he drove it off the flat bed. So to sum it up

-needs front bumper
-needs headlights
-very front part of frame is bent
-cf hood is trashed
-needs front support rad/bumper support

-strong motor
-everything on the body besides the front is good

so what do you guys think i should do?

there is a guy in my area who wants a s14 parts car. how much you think i should get him to buy it from me for? $1000? i sold my s13, bone stock... that wasnt running(had a idle issue). it also was super rusty for $1000. i should easily get that much, right?

if there was rust i wouldn't fix unless its on the body, then i would fix it. other that nahh just part out.

i will check on the rust tomorrow. i pretty much have the money to fix it right now. its pending in my paypal from ebay sales **sigh**. how big of an issue is the bending of the front frame?

iam pretty sure the rust was just surface rust.

I've dealt with Frame damage on my S13 before and it's not an easy or cheap fix - and it's never going to be "like it was" - and you're still going to have to remove repair, replace everything that was banged up in the accident.

If he parts it out, Dibs on the power window switches and trim - radio and shift boot bezels too!

guys, Some guy from new york is going to part it out and make money on me. I am selling it to him for $800 as is. Iam keeping the duraflex fenders and stereo stuff. Does anyone want duraflex fenders with a small vent in them? they are brand new. ill sell them for $100 plus shipping. so thats about a $600 profit for me, without doing anything. Pretty good since my last 240 i lost about $1000 on at least. Also how in the world do you fix the front radiator support? where would i find one? i assume i would have to cut it out and weld a new one onto it, eh? any insight would be cool... thanks guys.

so ive had two 240sx's and none have them i have driven for more than a week. what the hell... i really want to do a sc400 5sp swap for my next car and actually drive it. but all this s14 talk wants me to shy away from the sc dreams and get another 240 thats actually a real one... idk...
