sounds like you've got air in the lines, my 240 did the same thing as yours. came to a stop and couldn't put it in first and clutch was stuck on the floor.do this, go out and drive it around your neighborhood. when it happens again bring the clutch up with your foot and pump it a few times, see if that brings your clutch back. if it does come back to your place and check the clutch master cyl and slave cyl for any leaks(also check to make sure your fluid is at an acceptable level). also check the fittings on the lines for any leaks. if you don't see any go pump the clutch for a few mins to get some pressure building and check for leaks again. i couldn't find any leaks for the longest time, but i started messing with the slave and found out it was leaking, i just couldn't see it unless i squeezed the boot(which had a cut in it, so when i squeezed it brake fluid came out). find whats leaking and replace/fix it. and while your at it take your clutch damper off(if it isn't already off) to make bleeding it 20x easier. also i recommend when your working with your lines to use a line wrench(double sided 12mm/14mm works for all clutch lines and brakes lines) to keep from rounding the fittings out.
edit: my bad, its not a 12/14 its a 10/12 mm line wrench you need.
