So my car got towed today. Didn't start it a single time. Towed it from back end and car is rwd, it’s a 93 Nissan 240sx. Hasn’t run in about a month and it was out of gear and the hand break was off. So any idea what could have caused it? Also. Ps tire isn’t the same as the rest. The rest are low profile and the ps front tire is way bigger than the others. Also front is lowered maybe that’s affecting it?

Okay so May have been missunderstood. The car was not started in a moth and I got the tow today. Haven’t tried starting it yet. Just curious why the car was smelling like burnt rubber

Maybe try starting the car and get back to us? Not really sure what you're trying to say here, but sounds to me like you car smells funny so you made a thread saying it "won't start?

More then happy to help, just need you to put a little more effort in to describing the correct issue at hand. If the smell of rubber wasn't there when it was first being towed, and driver side front tire is smaller then the passenger side front tire, then you could be smelling accelerated tire wear from the difference in the diameter of the wheels.

So what happens when you turn the key? Does the engine crank and just not start? Does nothing happen at all?
Is it a manual transmission?

Nah won’t crank but got a new ignition switch in and the battery is dead. I was just curious about the burning smell. The tire is what was causing it I think. And yeah it’s manual. But one of the tires is was bigger than the rest so I think that The tire caused the smell

Yeah... I'd get it running and driving and see if the smell comes back.
Don't forget you can pop-start a manual car in a pinch.

Yeah I got it running and now doing some work with suspension. It turns out the back end did not have stock suspension had some adj coils and one was broke
