Hooking those lines up without taking everything back off is quite the task, they are located in very tight spaces.
However...
This is the coolant feed line. The coolant line that connects to the block just below the manifold(as seen in next pic)

You connect this line to this type of fitting on both sides, one on the turbo, one on the block. Make sure to put in these fittings with aluminum or copper crush washers. Make sure they are nice and snug, do not OVERTIGHTEN.
Next, is the coolant return line. This coolant line goes from the turbo to the line that goes around the back of the block. Kind of hard to see in this unfocused cell phone pic, its on the opposite side of the coolant feed line on the turbo.

Now, this connects to a rubber hose behind the block. You can see it just peeking out a little bit in the top right corner of this pic

The SS line connects to the rubber hose with a fitting comparable to one of these, with a hose clamp on the rubber side so the it doesn't pop off(no crush washer needed at this side of the line, only the side fastened to the turbo)
Now for the oil feed line. This one is going to be the real PITA...This pic isn't of the stock turbo, but the basic location of the oil line is the same. Its just above the coolant return line on the turbo. This line connects to the block, just under the coolant feed line. This is fastened to the block with a banjo bolt(2 crush washers are needed on both sides of the eye on the banjo bolt, and also one for the fitting fastened to the turbo).

That should pretty much do it, let me know if you have any other questions.
