240sx with 300z headlight conversion kit?

Hi guys. haven't been here in a long time. question for you.

i am trying to get read of my pop-up headlights on my 90 240sx and get a flush mounted kit instead. i was looking for the eastbear and abflug kits but those are impossible to find. i read on a forum that the early 90's 300z headlight kit is a good fit for my car. is that true? do i have to do any kind of modifications to the car OR the light kit to make it fit nicely? also, any suggestions on the right year and where to find them?

cant get on zilvia right now to check for you... shouldnt be to hard. all i would do is search the marketplace for eastbear or east bear. im sure you can find it.... searching aint that hard. i searched this forum for all those pics cuz i know its been covered a bunch of times.

btw the last 2 i posted are the same car. i think the last one was in the middle of fabbing it, and the other was more of a finished look. personally i think u would have to have the right bumper for it to be pulled off. the widebody one looks decent if u ask me.

I found a set for sale but the guy want $275 (wanted $200 a year ago) and they are pretty damaged. As for the look, I don't have a pic on hand cause my car is in the shop getting a fresh paint job but this is a pic i found online. my car looks almost exactly like it. it has the same front bumper and the Hummer 2 slate blue paint color. Anvil, i just want my car to look like something I like. I really don't care what other people do with theirs or think about mine. that's all i'm trying to do.

I mean if ugly is your style than go for it! Maybe it looks good but the pictures provided, it looks Ugly as hell

They are just trying to help you out. You know so people dont call you a ricer all the time. I would say if you dont like the flip ups go with something like this or just get a new car.

Granted it its a flip but better looking or S13.4

I really could care less what people think of me or my ride. i don't hang out with that kind of crowd anyway. i'm not out there to impress anyone. i'm a 38 yrs old woman and business owner. i stopped caring what a bunch of 20 yr olds think a LONG time ago. i have a kid that age...

nope. just got married young. had the kid after. not that's any of your business anyway. and silly me. i thought forums like this one were so people could discuss cars and get answers for their questions. what was i thinking...

umm...the z headlight conversion is just about the ugliest thing I have ever seen on a 240.... And with that the body kit on the car you posted is fugly...when I bought my 240 it had that body kit on it...It died a very painful death lol. Do us a favor please and drive your car off a cliff, oh and please be in the car when it goes over j/k just throw that body kit off a cliff. Read the quote in my sig it applies to your car...

also, i saw very similar lights on ebay.... just search 240sx lights.

I dont know if you can see my sig, but I really like the flush in the pop-up hole look. its not my car and i couldnt tell you who makes them, but if you find out, please share.

i think this car had 3 hella projector pods built into it. i found these lights only one time for sale on craigslist and the seller wouldnt respond with the manufacturer or any info. heres the broken link from one of yours, goes directly to HELLA lights...
