im dropping a 1993 240sx motor w/ wiring harness and transmission into a 1990 240sx and i want to know if the 1993 wiring harness will plug into the 1990?

into the 1990? Be specific. I'm guessing you mean will the 93 harness plug into the 90 ecu. Yes but it will not run as is. please search for the dohc swap into a sohc 240sx body. For the easiest/most predictable results you need the dohc power steering lines/ecu/ignition coil/tach or full gauge setup and will need to change the wiring at the ecu leading into the dash harness.
