240sx Wiring Problem

I have a 1990 240sx with an SR20 swap. The person who I bought the car from had cut and spliced the wiring under the dash and this has led to a multitude of problems for me. Other than the wiring, the car is in great condition so I would really like to fix it instead of getting a new shell. Does anyone know of a good shop in the 757 that would re-wire the wiring under the dash for a decent price? I live in Norfolk so a shop close to there would be preferable. Thanks for the help.

No sure of any right around there, but I know MA Motorsports in MD is very good. Maybe someone else will know a local.
