240sx .. winning noise

ok guy i replaced my throwout bearing and did a complete fluid change nd **** and installed my solid transmission mount..

got her all together and im getting a wine while in gear and a lil wine bearing nooise at idle with my foot off the clutch.

the noise at idle goes away when i press the clutch so i assume its the imput shaft bearing..

but the wine im not sure its new....

does the solid transmission mount have anyhting to do with this?

do u think i need to adjust the clutch peddle (which im gona do anyways)

trying to make sure my car is driftable for tuesday

any ideas...

oh and this transmission moutn owns lol.. love the difference there is some vibration when downshifting and idle but ohwell

It could be the clutch pedal free play not being enough causing the throwout bearing to spin continously.

It's also possible the noise is coming through the solid transmission mount; put the old transmission mount back on to see of the noise goes away.

ill probably do that tomorrow..

its kinda buggin me since i got an event sunday lol..

i always find adjust the peddle annoying lol..but ill start with that if that doesnt help ill put the old mount back on and hopefully it goes away.. if it does the new mounts going back in lol... cuz it should be anyhitng bad then ... if it still does it its my imput shaft bearing probably which sucks but ill just get another transmission to keep around as a spare.
