240sx window door cable all chewed up!

My manual window in the S13 is not moving a bit, I took of the door inserts to inspect the problem. I saw the window cable thing is all chewed up! I stupidly pushed the window down to put back the inserts, but now I cannot pull the window up! How am I supposed to fix the window?

I had the same problem you have to buy a new window regulator, I just went to the junkyard and got the power regulator with the power motor and wired up window switches
