240sx will not start cold, low idle w/a.c. on

I hope this is in the correct place. I have had dropping idle, when shifting, stopping at lights etc.. I have followed the advice in the forums, changed coolant temp. sensor, cleaned throttle body, MAF, plunger valve in IACV, bypassed AIV checked hoses. the dropping idle has stopped. But will not start cold without giving it gas, and keeping the idle somewhat high for a minute or so then it will idle by itself. Will start fine when it,s warmed up. Also, when a.c. is on it will idle around 200 rpm but at times will idle fine. and when the compressor kicks in you can hear the idle kick up seems to be intermittent. no check engine light, even chanced computer as a last resort with no change.. I am at a loss. Any reply will be so much appreciated .
