240sx wheel problem

i have a 96 240sx 5 lug i put on the 300zx wheels in the rear no problem but when i put them on the front the weight on the wheel rubs i ordered 7mm spacers think this will fix the problem?

Where does it rub, is the real question here. If it rubs on the inside edge of the tire, the spacer will help, but if the outside of the tire is rubbing on the fender, the spacer will only make it worse.

it sounds like the weight on the wheel is hitting the shock because its like paused the noise its like "dump....dump...dump" its not a constant rubbing .

Well then if that's the case, then yes, a spacer should fix the problem. Do -not- do more of a slip-on spacer than that 7mm spacer without extended lugs. A lot of people would say 7mm is pushing it as it is.

sorry to annoy you but umm what size wheel studs should i buy then?

Well the Nismo extended studs are 60mm long and 13mm diameter, so that should be what you need.

What about replacing the wheel weights with a different style???

If it has stick on's, then switch to hammer on's. Or vise verse???

Just an idea.
