240sx w/ vq35de swap help!

i have a 91 240sx with a vq35de swap, it had an 05 vq35de rev up but it threw a rod, i got an 03 engine to replace it, the engine is installed the car will crank over but wont fire up, the old motor had 6 cam position sensors(05 vq35de rev up), where as the 03 motor i bought has 2, what can i do to make the car fire up all the way?

I would look into why the older motor has less cas. The vq engine was used in almost all new nissans and there are slot of different variations of it. If you can install the other cas sensors on to the motor going in that would be a start. If not I would be looking at the ecu and wiring harness differences.
