Freaking 17 year old girl pulled right out in front of me trying to take a left without even looking to her left. Luckily I was only going 45mph when she did it. I had enough time to get over into the turning lane and lock up the brakes but she just kept coming. My car is drivable but that Mustang wasn't going anywhere. Then her family showed up and started implying it was my fault. It's almost like you just can't anything nice without someone else f@cking it up for you.

The police report says it was her fault so I don't see why not. Supposedly she has insurance but if not I've got uninsured driver coverage. It happened in a predominantly Hispanic part of town and the driver of the Mustang was Hispanic. Her mom worked at the place the young girl was pulling out of so she showed up and started blaming me. I don't speak spanish but I got the gist of what was going on. That kind of pissed me off but whatever.

I need a hood, bumper, turn signal, corner light, fender, bumper bracket, headlight, and who knows what else until I get in there and look. I'm not touching anything until the adjuster makes their assessment and things get settled. At least I can drive it, it just looks ghetto.

Man, I hope they aren't bent. I will really be pissed.

FReakin' women drivers!! Makes me scared to drive my 240 anywhere. With as old as a lot of our 240's are. Any little accident can total our cars. Luckily yours is newer. I just had to post this vid up.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wT7zM8XgXQ

Yea man, sorry to hear about this, but I'm glad you took the least amount of damage and you're sure to be covered by insurance. It really hurts my heart to see 240s all bent up, but it's good that yours isn't so bad.

damn sorry to see that. Just keep a level head and remember the only people you need say anything to. Also, think if you can, whether this trick was on the phone. Hopefully things will not get "all legal" and her insurance will handle things.

I f***ing hate it when someone messes up, you try to make the situation better for them, and then they f***ing blame you for it. Some ***hole in an explorer tried to change lanes into me without signaling or anything, so I popped into the shoulder and hit the brakes and then got back into traffic. as I pass by he flicks me off. WTF. Some people just shouldn't be driving.....

Glad that the car is covered though, still looks good even with the damage

I wish this site had a kudos button because you sir would get some. I can't agree with this post enough. That just pisses me off it really makes me consider just swerving into them as hard as possible...

Sometimes I consider just letting them hit me, so that their insurance can rape them.

I don't mean to sound rude or anything but did your airbags deploy?

I'd be pissed if my dash got messed up by some idiot driver.

Nope, my airbags didn't deploy. I know it's going to sound weird but thank god they didn't.

NOT THE KOUKI!!! I feel you man though teenage girl drivers are the scariest thing out there. Had a girl in a huge pickup truck cut through a parking lot at like 30 mph and had to slam on the brakes before she ran me over in my kouki.
