Try to search. They have tons of info about each set up.
Depends on how your going to drive the car. If your DDing the car, get a soft set. If its a track car get a higher rate set. You cant have both, unless you plan on changing out your suspension each time.
They have sets that you can adjust the dampening of the shock, but that only helps so much. Your spring gives you your ride quality/handling. Same goes for your sway bars.
Best bang for your buck, and best mid level set up...... id go for a set of Stances, IMO.
