That's the best looking top and rear window I've ever seen. Not kidding.. it's absolutely spectacular.

Now you spent how much on that again??

Damn! I was going to say $1900 is too high but for the new motor and lifters that's probably about right.

Mine was $950 installed a year ago but without the rear window (mine was still fine)

Yours looks fantastic. It's amazing how a new top makes the whole car look so much better. And like other's have said the fender flares and wide rear tires look great.

Great job.

Amazing quality!!! It's just gorgeous. Can't wait to replace my top. $1900 is not bad at all with all those parts and labor. You said you tried to do it yourself. Did you follow steps in this thread?

zerothread/289735

I'm asking because I'm thinking about doing it myself. Was it really tough?

Hmm..1900 for that top. How much was the motor and lifts?I am having my new top installed after Thanksgiving, tinted back window and all. It ran me $650 for parts, $350 for install. Yours looks good and makes me more excited for next week!

That's cheap. As far as I know, installatin labor is cheaper in CA and FL. I was quoted $1,648.56 for new top, rear window and new headliner, labor and including tax and everything. Top was Elektron.

Remember, That top is vinyl. The one I got is stock StayFast canvas.

I don't think that my price was too bad either. It also includes a new headliner and pads. My top is by EZonTops. My upholstery shop said they are a good company. I'll post pics when I get it done.

All upholstery shops I've talked recommended EZonTops and Elektron. They said fitment is really good and easy to work on.

Nothing much. Just about to get my new top installed. Someone cut into it, broke into my car. Let's get together after I get it on (next week hopefully). Maybe a burger at Hodad's??
