I have a 89 240sx with a Drift kit on it and the reverse doesn't work on it. It also has racing seats. I think they are a generic brand though. If i decided to sell it how much would i be able to sell it for around? Would i be able to get at least $2000 for it?

How much more would I be able to get from fixing the transmission issue also?

Thanks for your help. I didnt know which section to post this up on so i posted in here.

"Drift kit"?

Depends on your local market. Check local ads and see what they are selling for. Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds.com are starting points, but true market value depends on the market

yea, esp with a sohc and a bad transmission. the kit and the seats just take away from the value. i would pass myself if you were offering 800 local, just saying. good luck tho.

Duno it depends theres a bunch of idiots on craigslist asking like 5500$ for a 89 240sx with ricer mods. But if you come by a 240 that looks nice around 1-2k its worth getting.
