have you tried one or someone you know. you said we found out. I have actually seen a lot of videos on youtube with people running them on turbocharged cars and NA cars. also seen people showing that the gas is explosive by letting it come straight out of the water into air and lighting with torch. pop...pop..pop
ideally from what I saw you want the hho gas to go into another collection chamber where it is released into water then you collect from the top. I see why baffles would help there, and in the original chamber, hard driving could toss it around so that some gets sucked up. thanks for the tip.
only way I can picture people blowing them up is if they put the chamber or lines next to something that is very hot . would not want the lined with HHO running too close to exhaust or turbo. radiator or anything , would probably wrap the line anyways. can;t remember if hydrogen has a high combustion point. there is also the consideration of the temp at which it will combust when running high compression or boost.also is supposed to produce more heat which means you need an effiicient cooling system.
I would have my line enter into my cold air intake before the turbo.
not going the plate route when I do it . I watched a video of a guy to made stainless steel coils.

some people are using sondiumhydrachloride but I think with the water this can cause chemical burns or something, saw a video about it about a year back. however I wonder if people are getting more than 7 to 8 thousand miles out of them.
another way with coils is to use stainless wire and weave a bunch together in long strands. they even make plexiglass molds to use for building them this way. If I remember right hastings plastics in santa monica makes it.
It will be a while before I do so hopefully someone will have found another chemical to use as electrolyte that lets materials last longer. given that some of these other methods are no so expensive it might still be worth it. I am concerned about polution and gas mileage. my little hotrod is not so good on either right now.
