240sx trans question.

I just picked up my first 240, a 95 se with all the usual upgrades. There are a few things i have questions about though. And i did search.First, the shifter is loose and really vague. It also rattles alot. I know it's some kind of short shifter. I've heard several references to changing the bushings out, but i haven't been able to find any place that sells them. I have seen a shift collar from cusco, but i'm kinda suspicious of that. Has anyone had this problem?Also, i get alot of noise from the transmission. It's not a whining or a grinding, but more of a rumble and a vibration. Only when in gear and driving. The car has a few suspension pieces with solid bushings and polyurethane bushings everywhere else, so i'm thinking that it may be that.Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
