240sx transmission question...kinda off topic

i posted a similar question in the trucks forum, but there isn't as much traffic there as here, and there are probably more people here to answer the question correctly.

i'm interested in mating the 240 transmission to a frontier ka24de. the truck is a 00 2-wheel drive king cab. will the 240 transmission attach to the frontier driveshaft? if not, what options are available for possibly swapping some gears between the two? i'm kinda new to nissans, so dont hate me if this is a stupid question. any help will be appreciated.
