240SX to SR20 SWAP

Im buying a Sylvia SR20 turbo motor with trans to swap with my '93 240SX S13. Does my 240SX computer work with the SR20 motor? Do I need to change anything else? Where do I get it?:help

If you'll be buying a complete sr20det, it should already have everything there for you to replace your ka parts with. You'll have to use the sr obviously because the sr is a whole different engine and the ka engine won't work. And I think everything else should be fine if you know how to do the rewiring yourself or a friend. Good Luck.

In answer to your question, a few things.

Its Silvia.

Your 240SX computer does not work.

You need to change everything.

You need to change alot of stuff its not a plug in and play. Wiring harness, ECU, transmission would be advised without crap hitting fan. Also you should consider upgrading your fuel system, among other things. There are plenty of places online to buy parts at. Jspec.com is a useful company even for stock jdm parts if all you got was the engine. They occasionally get the exact parts people need. Otherwise you could always replace parts you need with aftermarket ones.
