240sx tie rod same as Maxima and Altima?

I noticed by browsing ebay that tie rod ends for 240sx are marked for some models of Maxima and Altima as well. I have a hard time finding parts readily available where i live and was wondering if they are universal.

What year, inner or outer?

Its a 1995 240sx and outer tie rod.

On a 95 Maxima and Altima they are different part numbers.
