I have a ton of audio gear in my 95 240.... couple hundred pounds worth. I gave up on going fast in this car.. so now Im going for the "if you cant be fast, you may as well be loud" thing

Car just hit 20k miles today.. but Im planning on putting more stuff in and the rear is sagging a bit. Is there a way to stiffen it up a bit? Its not sagging too bad.. but it does sag.

Why do you need a couple hundred pounds of audio equipment in a 240? 240's are small cars replace the factory speakers with good aftermarket units, throw in a 8-10 woofer, and put in some extra sound deadening in it around the speakers. With that minimal work it will sound excellent and put out more sound than your ears can safely handle.(and you gain 100 pounds max unless you get some ridiculously large box)

But to answer your question, look into the stance lx series of coilovers, they are supposed to firm up the suspension but not to a bloody pee level, so they should maintain some ride comfort.

Edit: Well scratch the stance lx coilovers, it would appear that they are no longer in production.

I knew I would get a response like that from someone.

Im kinda hooked into the car audio scene. Trust me, Ive already upgraded everything. Front polk components that are amped with about 125W rms, JVC headunit, I have a 134ah battery in my trunk, Sundown SAZ 3000 sub amp, 3 Sundown SA 8s in trunk....

I just got this amp for an incredible price and I need bigger subs. I am very tempted to pull the rear seats out and build a big box to sit there. The rear seats are pointless anyway, not sure about you guys.. but my friends dont fit in my rear seat. My 7 year old little sisters dont either, not without their feet stabbing me in the back. May as well make some use of it.. at least I would get my trunk back.

I wasn't meaning to bust your balls, I've just never understood why people like to pack large amounts of audio equipment into small cars.
