Im going to be purchasing some Tein S-tech springs but i have a few questions.

I have a 1998 240sx. I have KYB Shocks and thats all for suspension.

With the 1.5" drop am i going to need a camber correction kit? If so is there any you guys would suggest?

The springs are rated at 1.5" drop but all springs will settle up to 1" lower than that as time progresses. As far as camber correction goes, SPL Parts http://www.splparts.com sells S14 CUSCO rear upper control arms that are very high quality pieces that I use on my own vehicle.

I usually try to discourage the Tein S-Techs because their spring rates stink and are more for a agressive look than actual performance. The Eibach Pro Kit, RS-R and the H&R springs are nice quality springs with good spring rates.

If you're only running the KYB GR2 shocks, chances are they will blow out fairly soon with a lowering spring, as they're not meant for that kind of use.

Hmmm i didnt know there was RS-R springs, then again the rs-r site doesnt have jack for the 240 which is pretty strange.. and you say tein isnt actually good fo performance? thats kinda strange thought it was one of those big name performance brands lol...

you will not need any camber fixin your stock rods will do fine

Tein's spring rates are meant for use with OEM shocks/struts, yours will be fine. If it settles an 1" lower than what its stated to lower, either A.) you didnt buy real Tein springs, or B.) you blew a shock/strut lol
