240SX Steering Wheel

Gotta 93 240, and I'm tyring to fix a couple of things:

1) the wires are not connected for the horn

2) the wires are not connected for the cruise control

First, how do I remove the steering wheel? And second, which wires go where for the horn and cruise control work? Tried doing a search, but nothing.
