240sx starting problem

89' swapped dohc KA fried wiring harness fixed but there was a gray a purple and another wire missing from the white clip beside the ecu, and the car wont start just blew the starter and possibly grinded the flywheel to hell do you know of anything that would cause the car to turn over and not start any kind of parts that should be replaced to fix the problem?
