Fuel pump should turn on for 5 seconds, then if the ECU does not see CAS signal indicating engine rotation, the fuel pump is shut off.

If the fuel pump is not coming on for 5 seconds when the key goes from off to start or run, something is likely up with the main power or grounds to the ECU.

Hope that helps, good luck!

Check the electrical connections to the starter as well as the electrical on the clutch maybe sensor because it may think that the clutch is not engaged when you attempt to crank the motor thereby no starter.
