240SX SR20 Swap S14 or S13

I have a 93 240SX and was wondering which front clip to get. The S14 motor is pretty much the same as the S13 Front Clip except it has a little more displacement and VVT. Is that worth an extra 500$? I already have an e-manage, will that be able to tune the VVT. Is the VVT just too much work to even worry about? I'm keeping the stock turbo for a little while then I'm going to upgrade so it's not like I'm going to keep it stock if that changes the reasoning. I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth the extra money for the S14 motor. Thanks in advance.
