240SX Speedometer Wiring

I have a 91 240sx with a digital speedometer and HUD that isn't working. I removed the speedometer, and tried heating up the capacitor with a soldering iron, but it still didnt light up. The wiring diagram is kind of hard to make out.

I am looking for what wires are which on the 12pin connector. It looks like the 12 pin connector is for the electronic speedometer, and the 8 pin connector goes to the HUD.

Could you please tell me which pin is power, which is ground, and which is from the speed sensor? I would expect to be able to provide a power and ground and have it display all zeros, if nothing else, This way I can see if it is a vehicle wiring problem or a speedometer problem.
