240SX Simple questions and rebuild tips?

Hey, new here.

Bought a project 240sx - very first car.. kind of a dumb question, but can anyone please tell me how to remove the spare wheel in the hatch? I can't seem to figure it out, and there doesnt seem to be any bolts except a bolt that looks like a T holding down the tire, I just stripped the interior and cut out some major rust patches, and there seems to be some water in the spare tire well, just needa clean it out - thanks!

Any tips for a full restore/build?
I'm rebuilding a KA24DE, blown headgasket

Spare wheel is held in by just the one single T-bolt thru one of the lug holes. That's it.
