Really, theres not all that much of a difference between the base model and SE besides a bit of trim, and access to different options, it does not mean they are actually on the car. If its a SE it will have SE on it. Also, to my knowledge, SE does not mean Sports addition....but I very well could be wrong. They used to use SE and XE to designate fastback, SE, and coupe, XE, then they just changed to base models and SE. In the late S14s theres also a LE. Also, why do you want HICAS? I know a lot of people who have taken the HICAS out, and the only people that seem to want it are the collectors. For most higher end drivers HICAS is a disability as its not easily predictable as a standard system would be.
