Hey guys whats up? I have a new set of Exv's from Apexi, and i was wondering if you guys happen to know the stock damper settings that was preset from the factory? My little basterd cousin started messing with the knobs when I wasnt home. thanks!!

It doesn't matter... at all.

Just put them on the softest setting and turn them up as you see fit.

yes i understend that. but i want to know what Apex suggests to use. They have done the R&D on this and reccomnd this setting from the factory. I just want to know.

There is no reccomended setting. It all depends on what wheels tires,links, sways, etc you are running. The dampers are adjustable for you to fine tune handling. Find where YOU like it best.

what he said, also, recommended damper settings are dictated by the track you're driving on. or street.

yes i understand what you guys are trying to say. but my car completly stock except for the coilovers. And i just want a good starting point.

A good starting point is the softest setting on the dampers. If it feels bouncy, go up a click or two. If it is still bouncy, then go up further. Done. There is NO baseline that the companies give out.

umm i dunno man. Sorry, but you are probably like the only person to ever ask this question. You are supposed to tune them to your settings.
