ok so i'm new to the nissan world and have been having nothing but issues... so i got a 89 se off a kid that did conversion to rhd totally screwed up the wire i've had nothing but draws and issues with it so i'm redoing it all... ok so my main concern is that i just put a 2g new power wire for the battery relocation and before it had 4g wire and everything was fine now with the 2g wire it seems to turn on the amber lights without the switch being turned on... anyone know of this? why it would be bypassing a relay.... here are some pics of how I connected it... let me know any help would be appreciated...

Oi, that's a very ugly splice. I would recommend getting a power distribution block to connect your positive wires instead of going with that mess you made. Not trying to flame, but you'll get less headaches.

As for why the parking lights are coming on, you probably have a short in the system somewhere that's causing them to energize before the switch. Since the car has been swapped to RHD, that circuit has been messed with since it comes from the lighting switch. Check all the splices made from the relocation and see if a Red/Blue wire is grounding out to anything with a constant 12v signal.

red/blue wire and a green/white wire? i noticed where hooked into something using speaker wire? now they are not connected could this be the reason? I was trying to figure out what those were honestly the kid had a viper alarm that I removed because I didn't have any unlock stuff or anything for the alarm... any help would be great I didn't snap photo's of those wires...

the green/white wire is probably the 12v supply for the turn signals. The red/blue circuit is the signal going to all the parking lights on the car. If it gets energized, the whole system will turn on. If the kid has the G/W and R/L wires spliced together, then that's why you're getting your lights on when the battery is connected.

That main ground hooked to the spare tire mount is no good. I went thru this when I did my audio amp install with 2nd trunk battery, and the spot welds are not good enough for use as a ground according to a bunch of smart guys on http://www.caraudioforum.com. I would highly recommend moving it somewhere else.
