Hey everyone,
I just upgraded my stock fuel pump to a walbro 255 on my '89 240sx hatch. It has an sr20det swap with z32 fuel filter and stock FPR.
It ran great for a little bit, but after the car was driven for around 30 minutes, it started to have hesitation issues. it popped the fuel pump fuse twice and I thought my wiring was an issue, so I cleaned it up as best I could and it stopped popping. But It got progressively worse the more I drove it and now it will barely go beyond 2500rpm without shuddering and bogging like crazy. Cant even go into boost at all. It will not cruise on the highway without major hesitation either.
I replaced the fuel filter, made sure my wiring on the fuel pump was ok, and checked just about everything.
Any help would be appreciated.
