What is the stock 240sx s13 4lug offset?

I am looking at 100x4 wheels with 40mm offset, is this the proper size?

The car is dropped 2" with Tokiko blues.

that wouldnt even be the right bolt pattern. You need 114.3x4

'91-'94 SE stock alloys = 40mm offset, 114.3 X 4 bolt pattern.

Offset is right, bolt pattern is off. They won't fit.
