240sx rotten egg smell!

hey guys so yeah i picked up a white 240sx about a week ago and finally got it registered, my problem right now is that it has a rotten egg smell, sometime i can smell it while driving or when i'm idling.. i have no idea where its coming from, considering the weather being crappy up here in new york,i was wondering if anyone has experienced it and has any suggestions thanks.

Rotten egg smell is generally a sign of failing catalytic converters. The reason for the failed cats is another story though...it could indicate underlying issues, like fuel problems.
