I need help deciding what rim size i should pick for my 1990 240sx (16's or 17's) and are there any big differents???

18s are the way to go

I'm goin with 17x8 front and 17x9 rear (but i allready have the tires for this fittment so its more based on cost.) 225/45/17-245/40/17 btw

finding out what sizes wheels you like are important, but generally shoot for 17s or 18s

It also matters what you plan to do with your car. My car came with 17x7 32mm offset. They have been fine untill now since i''ve just completed a z32 brake swap and they don't clear the front calipers without spacers.

I'd say 18's if you plan on going aftermarket aero... 17's on oem aero or no aero

17's for performance or looks on stock body

18's for looks with aero.

i would suggest 17 inch with wide stance because of performance wise, weight and tire cost. Even though there are light wheel's on 18's their just still heavier and more expensive to deal with. Nonetheless getting upgrade brake/suspension system would be first on the list

Can somebody post their cars with 17" wheels with no aero mods? I'd like to see an idea of how low the car will be compared with the stock 15's.
