240sx right side lamps stay powered after shutdown????

i will apologize in advanced if this artical has already been written but i have searched and searched anyways, today i came out to my car and the battery was stone dead read 1.1v so i got a jump from a friend and my right side park lights were on while my key was in my pocket so i got into my car and the automatic seat belts that have never moved started moving, anyways i shut off my car and the lights still stayed on, so i restarted it and again it stayed lit my dash shows a soild right arrow, i looked at my lamp fuses and my main fuses to no help. after that i attempted to reset my ecu by unplugging the battery and letting it sit for 30 mins as soon as i reconnected the battery the right side lit up.

one week previous i angryed eyed my car by cutting the brown wire on the flipper switch a few days later my flip ups started acting weird, then the week after my fuel pump started to run constant so it was draining my battery so i wired the fuel pump into my ignition switch worked but im starting to worry that my ecu is going bad so please any help would be appriciated
