!!!!!240sx rear brake rotor snapped!!!!!

i bought all new pads and rotor for my 240 the front went on fine so i moved to the rear they went on fine. then i bleed the system and took it for a test drive. within a mile and 1/2 snap! the rotor plate broke completely off the hub!!! never seen this before the caliper is not stuck they all move when you brake. so i took it back now i have a new one and it seemed fine i drove around town for a while it was fine now i notice that now both rear rotors are turning blue like the other. i am going to take these back also and the pads but do you think what happened the first time bent something or something. everything works fine with old stuff back on but it of course has more room this way! please help any info please. you think advanced auto could be at fault for defective parts.

i will get some pic together could you list a few more likely cases. ever heard of a rotor doing that?

Most likely a bad rotor but the bluing of the others adds a number of questions.

If the rotor was defective you would probably see voids in the metal at the point it broke.

If you had the parking brake miss-adjusted and got the rotor super hot then allmost any stress would cause it to break.

Take photos of broken rotor (include the broken edge) and teh entire assembly along with the other "blueing rotors)
